COVID-19 Statement
As a customer-focussed business, it is our priority to alleviate any concern you may have concerning your holiday in these uncertain times.
Luxury Cotswold Retreats very much look forward to welcoming you to enjoy a much-anticipated break. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our next guests and of course our housekeeping team.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) now being a known event, standard terms and conditions will apply to cancellations for bookings taken on or after March 23rd, 2020. Should a lockdown be re-introduced over your booked dates, we will happily arrange a refund, or for your stay to happen at a later date.
If you or a member or your party develops suspected COVID-19 symptoms prior to your stay, you must adhere to NHS guidelines and refrain from traveling under any circumstances.
If a guest is unable to travel because they have contracted or been diagnosed with the virus, the guest will be offered a full refund. Please note that appropriate supporting documentation or an official letter from a medical professional must be provided.
If you or a member of your party develops symptoms during your stay and a test confirms COVID-19 please let us know immediately so we can make necessary arrangements.
