“A beautiful house in a lovely location. The decor and furnishings really make it very special and super high spec. Emma was easy to contact and extremely helpful. A lovely location for country walks and visiting the nearby larger towns. The coffee shop/cafe and village pub were both really good and just a very short walk away. We were two families with children ranging from 9 to 13. There was so much space in the property that we never felt hemmed in. The children loved the games room and also the top floor tv/den room. The adults loved the decking area by the mill pond with the morning sun. We liked it so much we are rebooking for next year!”

The house has been designed, built, furnished and styled by our wonderful in-house team, and this end-to-end process has ensured that no detail has been forgotten. The master suite is breathtaking in its design, with a sleek free-standing bath providing a theatrical focus in the master ensuite, and expansive views over the millpond guaranteeing a fairy-tale wake up. Luxury en-suite bathrooms have been paired with every bedroom to provide the ultimate haven for relaxation.

Underfloor heating and giant log fires make for cosy stays in the winter months, and a large walk-in pantry and utility room provide functional spaces for young families. Our games room is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a game of table football or table tennis, and a separate chill-out area for the kids is set up for film nights and gaming on the Playstation 5. The manicured lawns and outdoor areas provide a tranquil setting to read and relax, with comfortable seating areas and the sounds of the millpond providing an outstanding opportunity for escapism.
